$10,000 reward for successful tips

Officers were dispatched on February 2nd, 2020 at 10:10p.m., to 4910 E 31st St in regard to a reported cutting. Officers located the victim suffering from apparent physical trauma. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he died of his injuries.
