$10,000 reward for successful tips
Anthony Rice
Officers were dispatched on a shooting on Feb. 15 at 1027 E. 9th St. Upon their arrival, a Anthony Rice was found suffering from a gunshot wound to his head. He was transported to an area hospital and pronounced deceased. A witness stated several people were struggling with the victim. At some point, one of them shot the victim multiple times before they all left the scene.
