$10,000 reward for successful tips

At 5 p.m. Nov. 1, 2017, officers responded to 16th and Lister in regard to a shooting. The victim was located in an overturned vehicle deceased from gunshot injuries. Witnesses reported two unknown black males exited the vehicle and fled the scene in another vehicle described as a blue or dark-colored vehicle.
