John Owens Jr.

John Owens Jr., B/M, 7/11/1986

On 10/25/2017 at 0807 hours Officers responded to Independence Ave. and
Elmwood on a reported shooting. The officers located the victim, John Owens Jr.,
on the street suffering from gunshot wounds. The officers were also able to locate
and stop a vehicle belonging to the victim which had a witness inside. The witness
was transported to HQ where she provided a statement.
