OCCURRED – 12/28/2014 @ 0250 HOURS / 151 E. 13TH STREET (PARKING
GARAGE IN THE POWER AND LIGHT DISTRICT)
On 12/28/14 at approximately 0250 hours, Officers of the Kansas City, Missouri Police
Department were called to a parking structure in the Power and Light District where they
discovered the victim deceased from an apparent gunshot wound in the passenger seat of a
black pickup truck. The suspect(s) fled in a dark colored SUV.
