On 03/22/2024, at 0808 hours, officers were dispatched to 3811 E 67^th Street on a reported Shooting.  Upon arrival, officers located the victim in the driveway of the Freeway Market, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.  EMS responded and transported the victim to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.  Several spent shell casings were located and recovered from a nearby bus stop on Cleveland Ave and a second cluster of spent shell casings were recovered from a grassy area opposite of the bus stop.
