On 07-31-2023 at 1115 hours, officers were dispatched to 3834 Bales Ave. on a reported shooting. Upon arrival, officers located the victim lying on the street in front of the address, suffering from a gunshot wound. EMS responded to the scene and transported the victim to a hospital where he was pronounced deceased. A spent casing was located near the victim at the scene.
