On 08/16/2012 at 2124 hours, the victim was in front of his residence talking on his cellular telephone
giving the party on the phone directions to his location. Information gained from witnesses stating the
victim was waving over a vehicle, apparently the subject he was speaking to on the phone. The
witnesses stated a dark color (4) door vehicle stopped in front of the victim’s location and the victim
approached the passenger side of the vehicle. The witnesses stated the victim was apparently having a
conversation with the suspects in the vehicle when shots were fired and the victim was hit.
