Following a motion by Mayor Lucas and a second by Commissioner Tolbert, the Board voted to approve the Duty Related Disability Retirement of xxxx [Name redacted for privacy and confidentiality reasons]. The vote was 5-0 in favor. Following polling, Mayor Lucas voted Aye, Commissioner Garrett voted Aye, Commissioner Dean voted Aye, Commissioner Tolbert voted Aye, and Commissioner Wagner voted Aye.
