February 5, 2026 Closed Session Votes

Mayor Lucas was absent from the closed session.

At 9:10 a.m., following a motion by Commissioner Romious and a second by Commissioner Hall, the Board voted to go into closed session to discuss litigation matters and personnel matters.  The vote was 4-0 in favor.  Following polling, Commissioner Whittaker voted Aye, Commissioner Romious voted Aye, Commissioner Boswell voted Aye, and Commissioner Hall voted Aye. 

At 9:30 a.m., following a motion by Commissioner Boswell and a second by Commissioner Hall, the Board voted to come out of closed session and adjourn.  The vote was 4-0 in favor.  Following polling, Commissioner Whittaker voted Aye, Commissioner Romious voted Aye, Commissioner Boswell voted Aye, and Commissioner Hall voted Aye.
