The vote was 5-0 in favor. Following polling, Commissioner Whittaker voted Aye, Commissioner Romious voted Aye, Commissioner Boswell voted Aye, Commissioner Hall voted Aye, and Mayor Lucas voted Aye.
Following a motion by Mayor Lucas and a second by Commissioner Romious, the Board voted to authorize certain settlement authority in the case of Arthur Willingham v. BOPC, in an amount not to exceed $___, and subject to certain terms of payment and other conditions[1]. The vote was 5-0 in favor.
