Online Reporting Troubleshooting
You are unsure if your report was submitted.
You should have seen a screen that states “Your report has been submitted”. You should also receive an email containing the temporary number (remember to check your junk or spam folder).
The website shows an error that says Session Time Expired.
Each page/screen has a 30-minute timer. If the page is left open exceeding that time, the user will have to start over making the report.
The website has stopped responding.
Generally, clicking on the REFRESH option for the web browser resolves this.
