Troubleshooting Tips If you Have A Software Issue
You are unsure if you got your report filed correctly.

You should have seen a screen that states “Your report has been submitted”. You should also receive an email containing the temporary number (remember to check your junk in-box).

 

The website displays an error mentioning the session time has expired.

Each page/screen has a 30 minute timer. If the page is left open exceeding that time, the user will have to start over making the report.

Please contact one of the police stations listed below for assistance.  911 call takers have not been trained to resolve issues with the online reporting system.

The website has stopped responding to the user.

Generally clicking on the REFRESH option for the web browser resolves this.
