KCPD looks to strengthen community relationships with citywide events Saturday
The Kansas City Missouri Police Department's biggest community outreach event of the year, Kansas City United Against Crime, will take place noon to 4 p.m. Sat., Oct. 5, at six locations throughout the city. The free events will feature food, bounce houses, activities for children, police displays and community resources. Neighborhood police officers also will be at all events and look forward to speaking with residents.
Each of the city's six patrol divisions is hosting a KC United Against Crime event. They will take place rain or shine at the following locations in Kansas City, Mo.:
