KCPD Tows 10 Vehicles In Sideshow Enforcement

The Kansas City Missouri Police Department continued enforcement efforts against illegal sideshows and street racing, conducting a coordinated enforcement the night of Oct. 27 into the early overnight hours.
Thanks to a new ordinance, officers began to tow spectators. Including participants and spectators, officers towed 10 vehicles, arrested four people, and issued 16 citations. They also recovered one stolen auto.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Kansas City Kansas Police Department assisted KCPD.
Enforcement efforts will continue.
