Officers and non-sworn KCPD employees volunteered their time to holiday shop with area children this week.

More than 150 kids received toys Dec. 7 at the Target store on Ward Parkway.

The Kansas City Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 99 put on the event and fundraised for the gifts.
