Following a motion by Mayor Lucas and a second by Commissioner Wagner, the Board voted to authorize certain settlement authority in the case of Demetris Taylor v. Jacob Dee, et al., in an amount not to exceed $___.[1] The vote was 5-0 in favor. Following polling, Commissioner Tolbert voted Aye, Commissioner Dean voted Aye, Commissioner Wagner voted Aye, Commissioner Cramer voted Aye, and Mayor Lucas voted Aye.
Following a motion by Commissioner Dean and a second by Mayor Lucas, the Board voted to approve the applications for continued employment of Detective Patrick McKenzie and Reserve Police Office David Edwards.
