Expectations/Standards

Minimum standard of fitness:

-       36 Push Ups (consecutively, unlimited time frame)

-       34 Sit Ups (in 1 minute)

-       1 Mile Run (in under 10:23)

-       200m Sprint (in under 45 seconds)
