Shelter in Place: Provides shelter to those being discharged from detox, hospitals and other facilities, shelter and basic needs while they work with the AHH staff to make longer term arrangements.

MO Energy Assistance Programs

LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program)

Energy Assistance: one-time payment for primary heating or cooling costs. Applications are available year-round, beginning October 1st, for elderly and disabled customers, and November 1st for all other customers.
Energy Crisis Intervention Program: helps pay heating and cooling costs when there is a sudden, unexpected or uncontrollable loss of financial resources. Winter ECIP is available November through May. Summer ECIP is available June through September.

ERPP (Economic Relief Pilot Program)-MO Metro
Helps ease the pain of monthly bills and provides an easy way to help budget your monthly expenses.

Allows monthly credit of up to $65 for up to twelve consecutive months for qualified customers in need of financial assistance to help pay electric bill, customers must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level, evergy bill must be current or current on a pay arrangement, partnership with Salvation Army in the screening and application process, applications are taken by phone or online.
