The 186th Entrant Officer Class Graduates

Before family and friends, the 186^th Entrant Officer Class graduated from the Regional Police Academy on March 12.

The new officers will begin their patrol assignment with Field Training Officers (FTOs) as soon as this weekend.

Officer Kristen Schaffer-Rivera was the class valedictorian. Officer Joshua Boehm received the Class Director’s Award which is presented to the class member who best demonstrated academic achievement, physical training, positive attitude, teamwork, enthusiasm, and leadership.

Nearly 40% of the class are veterans.
